This Refund Policy applies to all coaching services, memberships, programs, subscriptions, consultations, digital products, wellness services, and purchases made through Winning Mindset Health & Fitness.
By purchasing or participating in services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Due to the customized, digital, educational, and service based nature of our business, all sales are generally considered final.
Winning Mindset Health & Fitness invests time, scheduling, planning, digital access provisioning, coaching resources, and operational support immediately upon enrollment or purchase.
As a result, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.
The following are generally non refundable:
Once access has been granted or services have begun, refunds are generally not available.
Recurring memberships and subscription services automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
Users are responsible for managing cancellations before renewal dates.
Failure to cancel prior to renewal may result in charges that are non refundable.
Membership cancellations stop future billing only and do not retroactively refund previous charges.
Coaching services involve time allocation, scheduling, planning, and personalized program development.
Missed appointments, no shows, or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund at the discretion of Winning Mindset Health & Fitness.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for:
All digital products and downloadable materials are non refundable once purchased or accessed.
This includes:
Unauthorized redistribution or sharing is strictly prohibited.
Supplement purchases and third party products may be subject to separate manufacturer or vendor refund policies.
Winning Mindset Health & Fitness is not responsible for:
Users should review vendor specific policies prior to purchase.
Users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
Any chargeback filed without legitimate basis may result in:
Winning Mindset Health & Fitness reserves all rights to dispute fraudulent payment reversals.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case by case basis solely at the discretion of Winning Mindset Health & Fitness.
Approval of one refund request does not establish precedent or obligation for future approvals.
Participation in fitness, wellness, coaching, and lifestyle programs does not guarantee:
Results vary significantly between individuals.
Failure to achieve desired outcomes does not constitute grounds for refund.
